What You Will Do

• Work directly with customer or subcontractors, attend meetings with various stakeholders and produce minutes, reports, presentations, etc.

• Work in a warehouse environment, ability to use material handling equipment: forklift, pallet jack etc…

• Process requirements into executable procurements and receipt in property.

• Forecast logistic growth opportunities and challenges and provide unsolicited solutions.

• Update customer and leadership on the status of orders and track estimated deliver dates.

• Obtains, screens, reduces, and analyzes complex logistics and technical data and information into metrics that can be used to forecast future spend plans.

• Manage, oversee, schedule, and assign tasks to one or more multiple jobs.

• Accept and transfer both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Acquired Equipment (CAE).

• Manage eQuip databases for inventory management system.

• Develop inventory plan and conduct inventories.

• Coordinate with end-users on obsolete inventory or suitable substitutions.

• Assist Life Cycle Manager’s role to develop, monitor, and execute Warranty and Service Life Agreement Programs.

• Work with stakeholders to identify spare levels and projected funding for consumables and LRUs.

• Work with stakeholders to determine, track, and brief meantime-between-failure rates, consumption rates, and forecasted shortages.

• Manage the purchase order process of receipting in property, monitoring compliance, and ensure deliver dates are communicated to stakeholders.

• Work with internal stakeholders to receipt, process, and submit DD250s for the procurement life cycle process.

• Work with Cyber personnel to ensure all property meets security standards.

What You Must Have

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Experience with logistics and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

• Experience reading and interpreting technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and/or Air Force drawings.

• Clearance- must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Bonus Points For...

• Past experience on Joint Simulation Environment integration preferred. 
• Experience in procurement and life cycle management. 

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
