Revenue Operations Manager - Operations, Practice Optimization

The Opportunity

Corus is seeking to add a Revenue Operations Manager, to its exceptional and growing Operations, Practice Optimization team. At Corus, you will be part of a dynamic organization and have the opportunity to make significant contributions in support of our exciting future, collaborating with our practices across the network to execute on growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Optimization, you will provide support in improving and scaling revenue-related workflows across the Corus practice network. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies in billing, insurance processing, and financial workflows, and driving improvements that improve revenue margins and performance, data accuracy, and consistency.
Working closely with Practice Optimization, Practice Operations, and Accounting, this role will lead workflow improvements, drive adoption of standardized financial processes, and support the implementation of revenue-related scalable systems across our network of partner practices.

What You Will Love Doing

Revenue Workflow Optimization:
• Partner with Practice Operations and Accounting to identify and improve revenue-related workflows across practices, including billing processes, contract entry, insurance processing, and patient payment flows
• Design and implement standardized workflows that improve revenue performance, accuracy, and consistency across the network
• Conduct targeted reviews of revenue workflows to identify process gaps, training needs, and breakdowns in execution, and partner with accounting to align on control and accuracy requirements
• Develop training documentation for practice facing financial roles to drive adoption of standardized processes and lead practice training when new financial processes or systems are implemented

Revenue Systems & Implementation:
• Lead workflow design and operational enablement for revenue systems such as OrthoFi, CDAnet, and third-party payment platforms.
• Participate in pilots, refine workflows, and support scaled rollout across practices
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of systems and processes

Pricing & Insurance Optimization:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and review practice-level pricing and insurance data including fee schedules, insurance participation, and reimbursement rates
• Analyze contracted rates and treatment fees to identify revenue leakage and margin compression
• Partner with practices and leadership to evaluate network participation strategies based on market dynamics, practice maturity, and growth objectives
• Provide data-driven recommendations on in-network vs. out-of-network positioning and support implementation where appropriate

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Serve as the bridge between Partner Practices, Operations, and Accounting
• Partner with:
◦ AR Accountant (execution + data integrity)
◦ Optimization Team (system/process rollout)
◦ Regional Practice Support Teams (practice enablement)
All About You:
• Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 4–6+ years of experience in practice financial operations, revenue cycle, or healthcare practice administration; experience in a Dental Service Organization (DSO) or Orthodontic Service Organization (OSO) is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Orthodontic billing and financial workflows, and A/R processes.
