Role summary:

The Institutional Product Management team, part of the Product & Capabilities function, delivers Capital Group’s commingled fund and separate account capabilities to the Institutional market, creating exceptional client value. As a Product Manager on the team, you will focus primarily on the development and management of Collective Investment Trusts and Common Trust Funds for plan sponsors and the intermediaries/consultants who serve them. You will be instrumental in helping build and maintain our commingled vehicle product suite, ensuring alignment with Capital’s long-term strategic goals.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

• You will be an individual contributor who collaborates with internal teams, including sales, operations, legal, and other product professionals, to address vehicle-related questions, support business development, and provide education to internal and external stakeholders

• You will contribute to vehicle strategy, positioning, and infrastructure by recommending forward looking approaches and executing product level business plans, ensuring products and services are competitive and aligned with long-term goals

• You will lead and manage impactful projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and meet deadlines

• You will navigate and engage with internal governance groups, resolve conflicts, and manage senior stakeholder relationships

• You will improve team effectiveness by coaching associates, fostering a positive team environment, and performing other duties as assigned
