Commercial Business Analyst (Student Assistant)

We are preparing for Famly’s next growth phase!

To meet our aggressive growth ambitions, we are looking for commercial business analysts to join our Commercial Excellence team and be an integrated part of defining where and how to unfold our ambitious growth plans.

You will actively help drive our growth journey and directly contribute to optimising the speed and efficiency of our commercial business. You will work closely with everyone in the commercial excellence team and to ensure adoption and commercial execution you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders on a day-to-day basis to ensure successful growth. From the outset, you should be excited by analysing data to understand performance, trends and opportunities to support the commercial organisation identifying potential optimization areas for the commercial success.

You will also support altering our sales procedures by analysing, evaluating and organising our data, understand high potential customer leads that have the best chance of converting, to increase the conversion rate at which those leads become customers and develop prospect list provision for our SDR teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop data-focused insights into business performance based on understanding of key business drivers

• Uncover areas of revenue opportunity via analysis of CRM data, GTM team data, and other tech stack pieces

• Weekly/monthly reporting builds (and maintenance) in Salesforce for various team members; as well as ad hoc reporting to leadership

• Understand key market trends and how the different markets are expected to develop over the coming years

• Identify customer potentials for key markets and determine focus customers - who are the customers we need to win.

We expect you to have:

• 2-3 years left of your education within economics or business administration.

• Excellent Danish and English skills, both written and spoken.

• Great communication skills and business acumen.

• An open mind towards working with people from different cultures and backgrounds (we are a very diverse bunch!).
