What You Will Do:

• Engage directly with leadership and all teams to define analytics requirements and build robust Power BI reporting
• Build exec-facing and client-facing dashboards to support key business operations across the organization
• Lead data optimization efforts in AWS Redshift to model and transform data in a scalable way
• Own and scale the interoperability of Power BI as a source for client product data and other core business application data integrations
• Support the development of our machine learning model and predictive insights capabilities

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or business intelligence with experience using a data visualization tool,
• 2+ years experience working extensively with Power BI
• 1+ year working with AWS Redshift & Glue
• Experience with Python (also helpful to have experience with the pandas library)
• Experience using, writing, and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a small company environment, and execute fast-paced and dynamic projects
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Perpetually curious and and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions
• Strong communication skills and experience in client facing scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
