About the role
The mission of this role is to enable our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to be the most effective she can be.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Go To Market (“GTM”) executive leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies and projects
- Working with the Support team - EAs for GTM leaders and Executive Committee (ExCo) - to schedule meetings, plan travel to ensure the CCO’s time is being most effectively utilized and focused against the largest revenue opportunities for Rokt
- Planning, co-ordinating and keeping contents of key CCO owned meetings focused and effective (ensure prep work is actioned, and the CCO is briefed in advance for large meetings on her role/key messages & objectives for the meeting)
- Take key actions from meetings and ensure they are followed up and delivered on by GTM leaders and their teams
- Successfully execute deliverables with a hand’s on approach including drafting any materials required to ensure projects are well defined and then well executed across GTM
- Provide CCO and GTM leaders updates on progression of projects, monitor and communicate progress towards goals and deadlines
- Oversee strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, including liaising with other functions (e.g. Product, Engineering, Finance) when their support is required
- Assess risk when business decisions are made
- Understand all key systems and platforms across the business to be able to tap into key data to deliver answers for questions raised by CCO and GTM Leaders
- Identify gaps/issues and make recommendations on improvements across the GTM team and total business
