Job Description
Visa's Ecosystem Risk Programs (ERP) are designed to ensure the integrity and security of the digital payment ecosystem. These programs encompass a range of initiatives aimed at mitigating risks, enhancing transaction security, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. ERP focuses on identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to prevent fraud, and ensuring the resilience of our payment systems. By continuously monitoring and improving the security landscape, Visa's ERP helps protect consumers, merchants, and financial institutions from emerging threats and ensures the trustworthiness of the global payment network.
Essential Functions:
As a Summer Intern in product management, you will collaborate with business teams to translate their requirements into actionable solutions with the Architecture and Engineering teams. You will help design scalable and extensible solutions across the Payments Ecosystem Risks and Controls program portfolio. This role will allow you to build strong partnerships with business sponsors, architects, and developers to define feature sets, story maps, and detailed user stories (functional and non-functional). It is a great entry opportunity to learn all about managing product portfolio at VISA.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Understand Visa Ecosystem Risk Programs (ERP) and Services: Apply this knowledge to help create holistic solutions for ERP Risk.
- Facilitate Sprint Demos: Collect feedback to maintain a healthy sprint cycle.
- User Management and Support: Handle user management and support queue.
- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct UAT.
- Release Announcements: Prepare release announcements and notes.
- End User Training: Create and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Pilot Support: Conduct data analysis to measure the success or failure of pilots.
- Reporting: Create user-friendly reporting capabilities to generate insights on data model performance.
Communication & and Strategy
- Product Execution Strategy: Align with the product roadmap to drive ERP Risk product usage
- Partner/Client Evaluation: Evaluate potential partners/clients, define use cases, and contribute to investment decisions.
- Client Engagement: Gather client feedback through interviews and surveys.
- Competitive Intelligence: Collect and analyze competitive intelligence.
- Strategic Opportunities: Identify opportunities to enhance data models.
- Partner Management: Create strategy on building and maintaining relationships with key partners: clients, government agencies, regulatory bodies, advisory groups, NGOs
- Strategic Engagement: Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and advisory groups to stay abreast of industry regulations & standards
- Branding and Communication: Design risk-related high-quality content across various channels, including press releases, reports & social media
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree, graduating December 2025 or later
- Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $24.00 to $27.00 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
