Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

• Determine and assign craftsmen for specific jobs. 

• Monitors productivity and progress for specific jobs.

• Verify parts availability and order necessary parts for the daily maintenance schedule

• Complete key metrics to drive business initiatives in the maintenance organization

• Leads and requires safe execution of all maintenance work and activity

• Supervision of craftspeople including administration of the Code of Conduct and CBA

• Prioritize job assignments, drive continuous improvements and safety-related activities

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 3+ yrs leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• 3+ years of previous experience supervising

• Position to work Monday through Friday, and available to provide coverage on weekends

The following are preferred for this role:

• Labor relations experience

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field or AS in Manufacturing or Maintenance related field

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Maintenance experience in the chemical manufacturing environment

Walking, walking on irregular surfaces, and balancing will be required. Hearing, sight to include depth perception and color vision and the ability to speak clearly will be required. Occasionally lifting and/or move up to 50 lbs. and the ability to comply with PPE requirements (ability to pass a fit-test and wear a respirator is required for certain positions/locations). The environment for this position is a Manufacturing setting, with exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noise. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional business environment. What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $82,500 - $120,450

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
