Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with financial reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives of the business.  The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, ability to organize and analyze large data sets, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various business segments and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Maintain customer roll forward models to examine monthly recurring revenue and retention analysis.
• Define and report Key Performance Indicators for departmental and company-wide performance.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and completion of management reporting presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed to support decision making across the business.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to advance the FP&A function.
