  • Designs and develops applications, APIs and integrations or features based on user requirements, writing clean, efficient code and refactoring existing programs and scripts to improve performance. Enhances existing integrations by optimizing data transformation processes.
  • Manages deployment processes, ensuring applications are delivered on time and within specifications. Develops and executes testing plans, including regression testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Provides application support, resolving more complex issues and applying standardized solutions and technical fixes, understanding the implications of various resolution approaches.
  • Develops high-quality technical and functional documentation for low- to medium-complexity tasks, including design choices, configurations, and workflows.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for innovation within the application portfolio. Experiments with new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement apps
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas/Model Driven Apps)
  • Able to code in PowerFX
  • Able to create/update Plugins using C#/C++ (3+ yrs preferred)
  • Able to code in JavaScript using D365 client APIs (1+ yrs preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate
  • Knowledge of Customer Insights - Data

Industry Knowledge: 

CRM Customer Relationship Management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other field involving software and analytical training and two years of IT related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree with no specific required field and three years of  IT related work experience, OR a Master's degree and one year of IT related work experience, OR a combination of  six years of IT related work experience and validated training. Preparation for a relevant IT certification is considered to be related training.

FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.
