Intelerad is currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would play a crucial role in shaping our workforce. With direct impact on attracting, engaging and retaining talent and working closely with our leaders, you’d work to fill roles throughout the United States, Canada, India, Australia and the United Kingdom all from the comfort of your own home in this 100% remote role.  The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, gets excited about taking on new challenges, works well with others, has a collaborative mentally, and is a champion for diversity. 

In a typical day, you’ll: 

• Meet with hiring managers to build solid relationships, understand current and future hiring needs, and offer support and guidance along their hiring journey
• Use Linkedin Recruiter and other platforms to actively source and attract the best candidates
• Advise on recruitment strategy and best practices as you put forward the right candidates to hiring managers, supporting your case with data-driven analysis 
• Manage data in our ATS, SmartRecruiter, to post and promote jobs and schedule interviews, accurately moving candidates through the pipeline
• Conduct first-round interviews with candidates
• Report on process to hiring managers 
• Create and communicate offers to final candidates
• Provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
• Be a champion for our company culture and values

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting, with special experience and interest in tech recruitment 
• 1+ years of global recruiting experience 
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders

• Advanced sourcing skills: you know how to find and engage active talent, and are great at “pitching” the company in an exciting but always realistic way to prospective candidates
