This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

How You’ll Make Your Mark:

• You will participate in all stages of design and development including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.

• You will join as a member of a project team with other software engineers and internal or outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion.

• You will review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with design and development guidelines and standards; provide tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.

About You:

• You will have a Computer Science / Information Systems educational background, or equivalent working experience.

• Minimum 1 - 5 years Software development experience

• You have strong UI/Fullstack experience

• You have strong experience implementing cloud applications and solutions, using React or an equivalent JavaScript UI framework

• You have strong knowledge of Python

• You are ​familiar working with Docker and Kubernetes

• You have a solid grasp of software engineering concepts including common data structures, standard algorithms, object-oriented design, and cloud computing paradigms.

• You have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data persistence (Postgres, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Kairos DB, etc).

• You have exposure working with contemporary source code development tools (eg  GIT)

• You can work well with Quality Assurance and remote teams.

• You have experience working in Agile Methodology.

• You understand Devops practices

• You believe in the power of the team

• You can voice your opinion and defend it
