This role will be based in Dublin.

We are looking for a manager to lead our Enterprise Account Executives. This talent is responsible for the acquisition motion by helping our customers effectively to benefit from our solutions (Talent & Learning).
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage an international team of Enterprise Account Executives in different locations, focused on prospecting and acquiring customers revenue across large, complex corporate organizations.
- Manage a complex business from a financial / planning (TAP, QBR, Success Planning) / forecasting perspective
- Coaching, Mentoring and the development of the regional account sales team
- Inspire and motivate employees on a daily basis and bring innovation to the sales process
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team with the ability to grow and scale as necessary , while create synergies and collaboration with existing acquisition managers in regions
- Participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure superior customer experience and member satisfaction
- Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management
- Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results
- Constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, pilot management and in-country events
- Develop and execute against a focused sales strategy to maximize the value of TAM
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with the product, pricing and marketing teams.
- Create strong partnership with SD and SOP and influence the overall strategy
- Be proactive about solving problems even if they are outside of your core area
- Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and help the company achieve its larger objectives
- Coordinate extensively with cross functional partners ensuring they are adding value to the customer experience, helping to accelerate sales activities and solving problems
- Work and lead in accordance with, and ideally set the standard for LinkedIn’s culture and values
- Travel 25% of the time and in line with business requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise quota-carrying sales role, with experience selling to large, complex customers
- 3+ years leadership experience managing a team of direct reports, hybrid working environment.
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in one of the market languages Dutch or German.
- Experience in international or global markets
- Can demonstrate strong sales coaching experience
- Solution selling mindset
- Gravitas / Executive engagement / Public Speaking
- Experience in planning and hosting regional events
- and Networker – ability to build and nature sustainable relationships with ease
- Proactive – positive and on the front foot
- Business acumen – ability to manage a complex business from a financial / planning / forecasting perspective
- Experience selling complex solutions (e.g SaaS)

- Record of analytical thinking: proven ability to evaluate sound business opportunities
- Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation, operational excellence, and leadership skills
