We’re seeking a Facilities Administrator to join our team at the Overland Park, KS locations. In this key role, you’ll play a direct part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our facility operates smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Store Success: Help us increase store revenue and customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
• Handle Bookkeeping & Supplies: Assist with inventory, supplies ordering, and keeping accurate records.
• Facility Care: Ensure our store is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming for all customers.
• Customer Experience: Offer friendly, timely service and resolve any issues that may arise to keep customers happy.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Use your mechanical skills (or learn them!) to help maintain equipment and keep everything running smoothly.
• Team Player: Help out with any other tasks that contribute to the overall success of the store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A passion for learning new things—especially when it comes to mechanical maintenance and business operations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a great customer experience.
• Previous experience in managing funds or inventory tracking is a plus!
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
• A desire to make a positive impact on the community and create raving fans out of customers!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
