The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Support Integration Specialist to join the Training and Autonomous Systems (TAAS) organization located in Hazelwood, MO.
This position supports the MQ-25 Program and functionally aligns to Boeing Global Services Engineering organization as part of the MQ-25 Product Support Integration Team. The focus of this position will be on leading the MQ-25 Structural Repair Manual (SRM) effort. This role will partner with engineering and program management across BDS and BGS to drive development of the SRM, ensuring all contract requirements are met on-schedule. This position provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to excel, grow, influence and shape the direction of the support program. The ideal candidate should have a background in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and/or in multiple ILS elements along with knowledge and/or experience in project management.
This is an exciting time to be a part of the MQ-25 program! The MQ-25 program is currently working the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of 7 flight vehicles and two full-scale test articles for the Navy. In 2021, the MQ-25 test airplane was the first autonomous flying vehicle to refuel a manned aircraft in flight.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Integrator for Phase I of the MQ-25 Structural Repair Manual (SRM) effort.
- Responsible for program stand-up once on contract including product definition, program schedules and team battle rhythm. Serves as the primary technical point of contact internally as well as to the U.S. Navy (USN).
- Monitors overall program progress relative to established baselines. Proactively identifies execution risks and works with leadership to implement mitigations. Supports program and customer meetings and major milestone events.
- Leads the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents in support of follow-on SRM efforts. Participates in proposal development to integrate support element requirements. Coordinates internally with BGS and BDS Engineering teams, Program Management and the USN customer to ensure follow-on efforts are executable and meet customer needs.
- As a senior integrator and recognized job expert, this position will also interface with engineering and program leadership within Boeing and the USN to shape future MQ-25 sustainment efforts beyond SRM
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
- 3+ years of experience working on proposals and/or estimates
- 1+ years of MQ-25 platform or program development experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one or more of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain)
- 3+ years’ experience in military aircraft logistics or maintenance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $107,950- $146,050
