SUMMARY
The Enterprise Technical Service Task Lead performs independently or as a key multi-functional team member in identifying, planning, developing, deploying, and communicating enterprise technology solutions that can involve multiple physical locations and business units. The position is primarily focused on leading a team of IT Engineers who support a large Active Directory environment along with multiple enterprise infrastructure applications

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience administering a large enterprise Active Directory environment in addition to the skill-sets defined in the job responsibilities above.
Must be able to obtain a customer clearance for access to facilities, equipment and property (Public Trust).
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directs Enterprise-level Active Directory administration. This includes Forest/Domain Architecture, AD Service Owner Tasks, DNS infrastructure, account provisioning, configuration of Active Directory sites, enterprise group policies, LDAP-S, and monitoring of AD replication and core services.
Oversees all aspects of enterprise technology services including but not limited to VPN, enterprise anti-virus, enterprise patching, encryption solutions, account provisioning, PKI, PIV infrastructure, Tier 3 support SLA’s, after hours on-call support, operational security tasks and change control.
Serves in a Senior IT Consultant role to the ETS Federal Task Manager which includes advising on security audits, industry best-practices, new technologies, and aligning enterprise technology with business needs.
Directs Enterprise-level Systems Administration with Windows Server 2016/2019. This includes
oversight of daily administration, loading operating systems, updating firmware and BIOS, installing latest patches and anti-virus, proactively monitoring of servers, back-ups/failover, routine maintenance, change management, disaster recovery (DR), and regular documented reporting of system maintenance.
Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of IT problems, and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and recommending IT systems solutions to specific situations to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management.
Provides industry best-practice guidance to customer on Enterprise Cloud Integration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and implementation of Federal Security Regulations (FISMA, NIST) into a large enterprise environment.
Works on day-to-day implementation and management of assigned projects.
Initiates, implements, and/or oversee routine or as needed administrative and managerial project related activities, including creating analysis and feedback tools, schedules, work plans, management reporting tools, testing plans, meeting planning and materials, training plans, and other related tasks.
Analyze, evaluate, and/or make recommendations for improvement in the efficiency of internal processes, administrative operations, organizations, or management.
Support a wide range of IT management activities including strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, workforce planning, policy/standards development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture/infrastructure planning/management, and auditing.
Assist in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
