Talent Acquisition Partner
Status: Full-time, Temporary with Benefits*
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 40 hours/week
Location: Trinity Health Southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Livingston, Livonia, Oakland)
Qualified candidates must be willing to travel to each Southeast Michigan location to meet with department managers and participate in career events.

POSITION PORPOSE
Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) supports Talent Acquisition efforts in Southeast Michigan.
This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid model that necessitates an on-site presence in Southeast Michigan for various events, trainings, and meetings.
Supporting the Trinity Health Southeast MI market, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, extending offers, supporting the preboarding process, and effectively communicating to the hiring manager and candidate throughout the process.
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline required. Will consider a combination of relevant education and work experience.
Experience: Three or more years progressively more responsible related work experience in Talent Acquistion; healthcare experience preferred.
Prior experience recruiting Nursing Support and Imaging candidates is preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides consultative services including workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, and regular reporting and developing sourcing strategies as needed.
Maintains and fosters excellent relations with hiring managers and providing a highly professional and excellent candidate experience.
Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent.
Sources, assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.
Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task and meet productivity goals.
