General Notes

Purpose

 Assist the Office of the Dean of Students with records maintenance by reviewing paper and electronic versions of student conduct files and scanning/uploading any documents necessary to complete the electronic version.

Responsibilities

  • The temporary worker will be responsible for scanning and verifying scans.

  • And uploading scans into our web-based database.

Required Qualifications

High school grad OR GED. Regular and punctual attendance. Familiarity with use of a Mac computer, document scanner, and web-based database software.

Hourly Rate

$15.00

Working Conditions

  • Attire: Business Casual

  • Standard Office Environment, Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation, Standing

Work Shift

  • Hours per week - 40

  • The work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F

Employment Eligibility:

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
