We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are looking for 3-4 Direct Support Professionals to assist a lovely woman In her home in the Platteville area. Needing long term care staff to assist a lady stay in her home.
Needing the following shifts:First shift, Second shift, Third shift On Call caregiver 
Compensation:Starting at $18 an hour
Qualifications:            • Reliable transportation to and from clients home.            • Prior experience working with individuals with physical disabilities            • Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.            • Must be comfortable with pets in home. -There are cats in the home            • Pass background check before hire.
Responsibilities:            • Providing personal cares: bathing, changing diapers, toileting.            • Transferring with Hoyer assist              • General Household cleaning             • Cleaning of litter box            • Meal Prep
