We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge targeted cancer therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies (ADCs). In addition to a portfolio of discovery-stage ADCs, our pipeline includes AL102, a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors, as well as IM-1021, a ROR1 ADC, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, both of which are the subject of INDs expected to be submitted in the first quarter of 2025.


Position Overview


As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting various Human Resources activities. This person will partner with individuals across the People and Culture team on an array of activities such as onboarding, recruiting, scheduling, event planning, payroll processing, administration, reporting, and general HR inquiries. 


Responsibilities


  • Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, assist with scheduling, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Recruitment Support: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to post jobs internally and externally, coordinate interviews, greet candidates for onsite interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Event Planning: Partner with Administrative and Departmental staff to plan and execute employee and recruitment events.
  • Employee Records Management: Enter information into HRIS system and other HR systems, maintain employee files and records. 
  • Payroll process: Assist with payroll processing functions.
  • HR Administration: Support HR initiatives by assisting with performance management processes, generate organizational charts, employee surveys, and training programs.
  • Compliance: Assist with compliance activities to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparing and maintaining HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • General Employee Assistance: Act as an initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding general policies, benefits, and procedures.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.  Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.


Knowledge and Skills


  • Proven experience applying HR principles, practices, and procedures in a highly technical workplace. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • Highly detail oriented. 
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to effectively prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all team members.
  • Strong curiosity for learning and development.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
