Social Writer/Producer, People

The role: We're looking for a full-time contract writer to spend 50% of their time writing content for our Snapchat Discover and 50% of their time creating/editing/producing TikToks and Snapchat Spotlights (Snapchat's version of TikTok). Click here for a taste of our Snap content and here for a look at our TikTok page. No matter what, we really need someone who produces clean, accurate copy on Snapchat and is extremely proficient in video shooting and editing skills. There are also opportunities to conduct celebrity interviews, cover red carpet events and write articles for PEOPLE.com.
The details: Could be based in LA or NYC, whatever is preferred. Start time is flexible, with a rate of $30/hour for 40 hours a week (M-F). Most of our team works 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET.
