Senior Financial Analyst

The Finance Team interfaces with all of the teams at Loop to analyze and guide how we deploy our resources and capital. The team strives to make complex decisions simple and clear based on a deep understanding of our growth levers and where resource allocation can accelerate our efforts.

Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll be a strategic partner for our EPDD (Engineering, Product, Design, and Data) and G&A functions, supporting their various needs and work objectives.
• Build and own financial models in order to transform data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions, and communicate those insights effectively to drive results.
• Prepare reporting packages for different stakeholders across the business, including financial summaries for executive leadership, budget-vs-actuals for functional leadership, and Board meetings to name a few.
• Understand the key drivers of a SaaS B2B business, and analyze and summarize the latest financial forecast for communication to leadership.
• Develop and improve repeatable reporting processes while continuously looking to increase efficiency through automation.
• Partner with our People team to support our hiring strategy, budget planning, and compensation analysis.

Your Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years building complex financial models.
• Advanced experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent tools.
• Experience working with ERP and Planning tools (such as Netsuite, Mosaic, Anaplan, or Adaptive).
• You have a deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
• You’d consider yourself to have an entrepreneurial mindset - you’re positive, innovative, persistent, and inspired by your company’s vision.
• You can share a few examples of how you’ve created exceptional relationships with stakeholders you’ve supported across your organization.
• You have examples to share of how you’ve successfully influenced and managed broad stakeholder priorities.
• You love data, and you're comfortable owning, collecting, and reporting on metrics that inspire action and solve problems. 
• Can manage complexity without skipping a beat, while adapting to large-scale changes with ease.
• You can speak to the times you left things better than you found them, and negotiated with your team and stakeholders over doing things differently, and how it helped.
• You are able to stay focused and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
