Location: NYC HQ 

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time 
Travel: Willing and able to travel 50% and at times up to 75% as needed to excel in the role 

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 base, highly competitive commission, equity

The Position: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Business Development with a proven track record in health systems and payer network programs. The successful candidate will lead our efforts to identify, pursue, and secure opportunities for DocGo’s healthcare services within our payer partnership programs, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in this sector.  

Core Responsibilities: 

Revenue Generation and Forecasting: 

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within government health programs. 

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, tracking progress against targets and objectives. 
     

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within government health programs. 

  • Stay abreast of changes in government policies, regulations, and initiatives impacting the healthcare landscape. 
     

Strategic Business Development Planning: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on government health programs, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. 

  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within government agencies and establish relationships to position the company for success. 

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential partners to pursue additional business opportunities, including identifying prime contractors who would benefit
