AHEAD is seeking a HRIT Architect to join our IT Business Solutions team. This position contributes to the success delivery of HR solutions. This role is key to leading and contributing to our application architecture, data strategy and vendor management of our employee lifecycle processes and employee experience.

AHEAD is seeking a HRIT Architect to join our IT Business Solutions team. This position contributes to the success delivery of HR solutions. This role is key to leading and contributing to our application architecture, data strategy and vendor management of our employee lifecycle processes and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced level knowledge of UKG Pro HCM solution to advise, design, and work with HRIS team to implement and optimize HR technology solutions to meet business process goals, capabilities, and needs.
- Works closely with HR to develop and maintain an HR technology roadmap that balances enhancements and sustainment.
- Apply business knowledge, key performance indicators, and technology expertise to evaluate and propose new technology solutions.
- Responsible for partnering with HR, IT and legal team to oversee effective third party management of HCM vendors, including vendor selection and due diligence, contract reviews, risk/compliance and security standards, etc.
- Oversee the definition, usage and evolution of employee and company data across the HR and enterprise systems landscape.
- Advise, design, implement, and maintain application integrations and extensions, including but not limited to core HCM (UKG) with ATS (Lever), IAM (Okta), etc.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and end users to design and implement the business intelligence data infrastructure and front end reports.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience implementing and supporting UKG Pro HR and associated ecosystem
- Ability to drive decisions, deliver results and meet deadline while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze business processes and determine ways of making them more effective and efficient
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to identify potential issues from multiple perspectives
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of internal/external stakeholders
- Prior experience with Lever ATS is a plus
- Prior experience with business intelligence tools, such as with Tableau, PowerBI and data integration or ETL platforms, such as Mulesoft or Informatica Cloud, is a plus
