The base salary range for this role is $78,000 per year - $113,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

The VIP team at Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a Customer Development Associate to support delivery and execution of our high value segment player acquisition strategy. You’ll drive lead generation, prospecting and player engagement efforts, contributing to accelerated growth, brand loyalty and strengthened retention for FBG’s gaming products.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and acquisition initiatives.
• Prospect, engage and acquire high-end gaming clientele.
• Identify new lead sourcing and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Support go-to-market strategy for new state launch campaigns.
• Help facilitate VIP acquisition events and activations.
• Attend events as a representative of the FBG VIP team.
• Drive net new revenue and process enhancements.
• Deliver against company responsible gaming metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing sales, customer service or casino marketing experience.
• Knowledge of and passion for the sports entertainment and/or online gaming industry preferred.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
• Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
• Travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices, conferences, events, meetings and team building activities for this role is expected around 25% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
