Campus Production Director - New Campus

Job Title: Campus Production Director

Objective

To create a distraction-free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
• Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team 
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
• Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
• Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur
• Maintain production team equipment and software
• Attend and contribute to central, campus and one-on-one meetings
• Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles
• Other duties as needed

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video and lighting

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This a full-time, exempt position with days of work being Sunday through Thursday.

The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

This job operates in a varied environment, including office, stage and tech booth.

Physical Demands

This job is typically active and does not involve remaining in one place for extended periods. It may require the ability to lift equipment, use tools and move staging equipment.
