About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, some flexibility on time but ideally able to work during the UK working day - 11:00 am GMT
- 20+ hours per week

Job Description: You’ll be the technical backbone behind high-converting marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless integration between multiple platforms that drive this launch-focused business. This isn’t about basic setup work – you’ll architect and optimize complex marketing automation systems that handle sophisticated customer journeys from first touch to purchase. You’ll work directly with the business owner during regular overlap hours, collaborating on strategy while having the autonomy to execute technical solutions independently.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced Active Campaign email sequences and automation workflows
- Create seamless technical connections between WordPress, Lead Pages, Stripe, PayPal, and ThriveCart
- Configure precise customer tagging and segmentation systems within Active Campaign
- Integrate SMS messaging platforms with existing marketing funnel architecture
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex multi-platform marketing automation workflows
- Ensure flawless data flow from landing pages through email systems during product launches
- Collaborate with business owner during scheduled overlap hours for project planning and updates
- Maintain and enhance existing automated sequences without disrupting live campaigns
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Active Campaign with proven track record of complex automation implementations
- Strong experience with WordPress integrations and technical configurations
- Hands-on knowledge of payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and ThriveCart
- Experience with Lead Pages and landing page integration processes
- Understanding of SMS marketing platform integrations and multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to work independently without extensive training or hand-holding
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex funnel troubleshooting and optimization
- Bonus if you have experience with Facebook advertising integrations
- It helps if you’ve worked with launch-based businesses or complex marketing funnels
