As the Head of Global Digital Marketing for Knauf Ceiling Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of a global digital marketing strategy while being a hands-on practitioner. This role combines strategic leadership with active participation in content creation, digital tools, and campaigns, ensuring successful collaboration with corporate as well as with regional and local teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the creation and execution of a global digital marketing strategy with actionable regional plans and clear KPIs.
• Drive impactful campaigns, content creation, and performance optimizations using tools like HubSpot.
• Collaborate with teams and agencies on design, copywriting, and production.
• Optimize websites for SEO, UX, and conversions, managing analytics to improve performance.
• Shape a global content strategy, ensuring local relevance and consistency.Inspire and lead the digital marketing team with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative campaigns and support Knauf Group’s digital transformation.
• Inspire and guide the digital marketing team with your hands-on leadership style, fostering growth and collaboration.

What we’d love for you to have:

• Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/international), with 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on leader personality, ready to execute tasks alongside the team.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaigns and content creation.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, CMS, analytics, InDesign)
• SEO expertise with a proven track record of driving website performance.
• Drive measurable net sales growth through digital efforts.
