Operator.Forklift.I

To provide a service for the transportation of oil field tubular goods to all job locations in the facility, all activities needing material and the loading and unloading of rigs.  Duties also include, but are not limited to the following:

•  Provide daily maintenance to their forklifts, using the guidelines specified in the Operator Checklist Form
• All Operators will handle the material safely and with out causing damage
• All Operators will heed signals from ground crew during operations and pay close attention to the inbound safety lighting system at various plants.
• Load and unload tubular (pipe) from all incoming and outgoing rigs
• Ability to store pipe on racks and knowledge to pyramid and strip load pipe.
• Able to operate a 15 ton lift and/or a 12 ton articulate lift.
• Be able to keep accurate records of all materials
• Inform management when the pipe racks are emptied per procedure

Qualifications:

      2-3 years of experience and certification on heavy lift forklifts .  

       Experience in the transportation of tubular goods. 

        Simple math and good communication skills.
