• Know production equipment, production technology, organization of work;
• Know the regulatory, customer and other requirements related to the products and services provided by Dunapack
• Assists KAM  /  sales representative in preparing a sales contract, submits the same for approval and provides it to the client;
• Prepares price offers for the products offered;
• Monitors the daily execution of orders placed in the system;
• Allows questions about customer complaints and related financial consequences;
• Provides materials for negotiating with clients and accepting orders;
• Processing information related to customer orders served by KAM /  sales representative;
• Accepts and processes orders, stores the relevant information in electronic form (in the approved format), and in paper form;
• Updates customer records and tracks their market positions;
• Track the dispatch of ordered quantities;
• Maintains a constant relationship with specialists from the Production Planning and C&D department;
• Regularly prepares reports on customers, competition, products, price levels, markets, contracted and available quantities;
• Participates in the process of receiving and registering in the system (CPMS) internal and customer claims related to quality;
• Communicates with clients the actions of stated inconsistencies regarding the offered products and services;
• The employee is obliged to know and execute the documents of the integrated management system concerning their direct duties;
