Senior Specialist, Learning Management

Location: Princeton, NJ

 

We are seeking a skilled Senior Specialist, Learning Management within our Digital & Technology business.  The Senior Specialist is responsible for owning and continuously enhancing the Digital & Technology learning ecosystem. This role manages the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including the Digital & Technology training library, SAP learning paths and certifications, and learning enablement for digital transformation initiatives. The position also supports targeted change-management activities to drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the learning strategy and governance for Digital & Technology
• Provide expert guidance on learning best practices and continuous improvement
• Own the learning portfolio and training library of the Digital & Technology unit
• Curate blended learning solutions (e-learning, virtual, instructor-led, knowledge assets)
• Facilitate and manage the SAP learning & certification process
• Support the change management team to maximize adoption on some projects

You Bring:

 

• B.S. in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in learning management and digital learning ecosystems
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions, learning paths, and certification models
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics (ideally SuccessFactors)
• Working knowledge of change-management principles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and take end-to-end ownership
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, transformation-driven environment

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $57,400-$75,250.
