What you’ll do:

The AVP, Marketing Operations Senior Manager oversees the management and execution of marketing projects across brands, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals, managing budgets, and timelines, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The manager will also handle compliance issues related to marketing operations and support educational marketing initiatives, ensuring these are effectively aligned with operational activities and company standards. Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in international project management are essential.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with brand strategies and business objectives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor project progress, resolving any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Marketing Automation:

• Oversee the marketing automation processes in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Total Expert.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to build automated workflows, segment audiences, and optimize customer journeys.

Marketing Operations:

• Oversee daily marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.

• Develop and maintain marketing metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Legal Compliance

• Assisting Marketing Staff with ensuring campaigns are legally compliant by prepari
