The Role
This position will work with the Mapletree Asset Management, Technical Services, Finance and Procurement teams in leading all aspects of property management and operational excellence and overseeing third party management personnel.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance on an annual basis.
- Review common area maintenance reconciliations and billing
- Review monthly financial and operating reports
- Identify initiatives for existing assets
- Support acquisitions / dispositions teams as necessary
- Ensure process and policy compliance and documentation
- Oversee all aspects of vendor contracts and management
- Support internal audits as required
- Work closely with Asset Manager to deliver strategies for each asset.
- Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform
- Special project support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business or finance or a related discipline.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services.
- Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
- Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.
- Genuine team player with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, attention to detail and a truly collaborative approach to stakeholders is required.
- Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Data
$83,000 - $131,000
This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the indicated state’s Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful applicant, in the state of hire, might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be performing the role from the indicated state of hire. Similar positions located outside the indicated state will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by the Pay Transparency Law enacted in the state of hire. Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
