General Summary and Purpose:

The Channel Marketing Specialist will help develop and execute marketing strategies to support Victory Capital's international distribution channels. This role works closely with other marketing colleagues and stakeholders to implement programs that connect the firm’s initiatives with our international marketing efforts. You will assist with the strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing programs to support the sale of key products outside the U.S. This includes updating monthly and quarterly collateral, developing new collateral, executing marketing campaigns and contributing to innovative ideas and recommendations for the channel.

You will report to the Channel Marketing Director.

You will:

• Support Victory Capital’s international retail and institutional distribution channels with product-oriented marketing materials and programs across multiple formats
• Execute monthly, quarterly and ad hoc product collateral updates, including adapting certain U.S. marketing collateral for international markets
• Collaborate with non-U.S. marketing partners to ensure sales has access to relevant Victory Capital investment content
• Collaborate with sales partners to execute joint marketing campaigns and events
• Utilize workflow and data automation tools to maximize process efficiency
• Interact with internal senior-level business partners to translate business objectives into communications initiatives
• Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team to tailor our sales collateral library for international distribution needs
• Aid in product launches and product changes; develop related investor/client communications
• Coordinate compliance and legal review of marketing deliverables
• Other special projects as required

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or international marketing
• Demonstrated success developing marketing programs; asset management or financial services experience is preferred
• Experience working with international markets and understanding of regional differences is a plus
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy across deliverables
• Proven ability to successfully build internal and external business relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to set goals, work independently and drive results

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $80,750 - $ 95,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
