We are Looking for General Managers nationwide.

A brief look at what you’ll do:

Our General Managers are dynamic, result- driven leaders who own the complete operation of their location as if It’s their own restaurant. You ensure your location is hitting its full potential and delivering the vibrant experience we’re known for. General Managers lead with vision, inspire their team, and drive success through sharp decision- making and pushing the boundaries on innovation. 

• Guest Experience: Lead your team in all aspects of delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. You’ll manage day-to-day service, lead staff training, and ensure every service experience is running like a well-oiled machine.
• Food + Beverage Leadership: Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure our quality standards are met. 
• People Leadership: Ensure the bartaco culture is upheld by hiring and training the best talent. You’ll create schedules, motivate the team, and support them in their career development. From onboarding new hires to recognizing team achievements, you’ll be the driving force behind a positive work environment.
• Develop and manage restaurant budgets, P&L statements, and financial goals.
• Identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising quality or guest experience.
• Monitor sales trends, labor costs, and expenses to drive financial performance.
• Analyze key performance metrics to set actionable goals for the restaurant and team.
