Guest Services Representative / Front Desk - Part Time

At Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa, our team members create lasting impressions by delivering warm welcomes, thoughtful service, and memorable guest experiences. We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and adaptable Guest Service Representative to join our Front Office team.

This is a guest-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact—helping with check-in and check-out, supporting reservations, answering questions, and assisting with resort activities. Every interaction is an opportunity to surprise and delight, ensuring our guests leave with memories that last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests, manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

• Provide concierge-style support and stay informed on resort offerings & local events

• Assist with bell services, shuttle driving, and activities when needed

• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care

• Support Night Audit team with occasional night shifts (scheduled in advance)

• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless service

Schedule

• Schedules vary and are based on projected occupancy

• Flexible availability is preferred for maximum efficiency including weekends, nights, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (hospitality preferred but not required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable

• Customer Service 1-2 years
• Reservations, booking experience preferred but not essential

• Previous Hotel or Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

• Valid drivers license

• Able to stand for long periods

• Excellent Verbal and Communication skills
