Specific Duties:

The PWS Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, retention and engagement of approximately 800 lifeguards, water safety instructors, pool managers, waterfront supervisors and additional PWS staff needed to operate DCR pools and beaches across the Commonwealth.
