Job Purpose and Impact
The Commercial Pricing Lead will be accountable for the design and rollout of an implementation and the connected processes within Cargill's Beef business with focus or emphasis on pricing management. In this role, you will lead the Beef business readiness activities to ensure processes, data and information are established and streamlined for a successful implementation. You will be critical to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and collaborate effectively with several levels within the designated process area, segment, organization, and enterprise and supporting functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation of system and process deployments to enable business capabilities within a process area or assigned segment.
- Gather and document business requirements, validate system configurations and ensure processes meet the business needs.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure the design, build and delivery of all in scope business processes to enable business capabilities.
- Support the execution of the change plan and promote process change in the organization with collaboration from the change, communication and education team.
- Provide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan and take corrective actions as needed for timely implementation.
- Assist with project or process leads to help define deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with the process implementation lead to deliver desired business results across a single process area or segment.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Ensure all mandatory pricing requirements (MPR) and other regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements
