The point we’re getting at is it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and apply! SummaryAs an Apprentice Data Analyst supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) products, you will learn and contribute to the team’s efforts in managing and improving data quality, reporting, and documentation. This entry-level role is designed for candidates eager to develop foundational skills in data analysis, reporting, and ITSM processes. Responsibilities

• Reporting Support: Assist in creating basic reports and identifying gaps in ITSM product data under supervision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Engineering Lead to help investigate and resolve data quality or system architecture issues.
• Data Documentation: Support the team by performing data attestation tasks and helping to maintain accurate data dictionaries.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in team audits to spot inconsistencies in data and contribute to remediation activities.

Requirements

• Interest in data analysis, ITSM, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
