Job Title: Bilingual Store Manager - 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead our sales team and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our sales team to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

- Bilingual fluency in English and [insert second language].

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment.

- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales performance issues.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.

- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis tools.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
