Job Summary:

Blue Fig USA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a Bilingual Store Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience and sales skills. As a Bilingual Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers

- Achieve sales targets and monitor sales performance

- Train and develop sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner

- Process sales transactions and handle customer complaints or issues

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED 

- Exceptional customer service experience

- Strong sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets

- Open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to lead and develop a team of sales associates

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
