About the role

This high-impact leadership role is responsible for shaping the long-term vision, strategy, implementation, and optimization of core Revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce).

What you’ll do

  • Act as a trusted technology partner to Revenue, Product, Engineering, Pricing, and Legal teams, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to identify, analyze, and enhance Revenue processes, prioritizing automation, scalability, and tech-debt reduction.

  • Evaluate the impact of changes in processes or systems and prioritize based on alignment with Revenue objectives.

  • Oversee teams responsible for architecture, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of systems such as Salesforce and Workato, as well as maintaining high-quality integrations and workflows with onboarding, contracting, and field enablement systems owned by cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, system interoperability, and on-time delivery.

  • Oversee teams that provide education and troubleshooting for Revenue systems and their supporting processes.

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, collaboration, and positivity.

  • Craft clear and compelling executive-level communications on project health, risks, and strategic impact.

What we look for

  • 10 - 15 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Business Systems / Revenue Systems roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position managing enterprise-level systems and teams.

  • Business and Technical Expertise: Proven success supporting Revenue teams in the B2B retail or payments industry with business applications, including Salesforce, Workato, Ironclad, and Snowflake. Strong understanding of go-to-market systems and B2B sales cycles, including CPQ and pipeline / lead management.

  • Industry Expertise: Well-versed in trends relevant to Revenue Operations and Business Systems, including the evolving landscape of AI and automation tools and their role in accelerating go-to-market processes.

  • Technical Hygiene: Proven track record of successfully managing best-in-class engineering teams, adhering to industry best practices for roadmapping, availability initiatives, on-call programs, and post-launch support.

  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in synthesizing complex challenges, prioritizing tasks, and delivering actionable solutions.

  • Results Orientation: Track record of driving measurable impact through technology and process transformation. Adept at diving into details, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of projects.
