Webflow is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Systems and Data Insights to lead our enterprise systems, and business intelligence efforts. This role is crucial in scaling Webflow’s business through innovative technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the CIO, the Senior Director will partner cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, HR, Product, and Engineering teams to drive strategic programs and deliver high-impact solutions.

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • Zone B: 196,875 - 304,150
    • Zone C: 186,375 - 288,181
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Sr. Director of Enterprise Systems and Data Insights, you will…

• Develop and execute a strategic vision and technology roadmap for enterprise systems and data insights, aligning with Webflow’s growth and operational goals.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across enterprise systems, architecture, data engineering, and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives that optimize business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, dbt).
• Ensure robust systems control, data governance, architecture, and analytics capabilities to support real-time business insights and automation.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, system architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Build and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring seamless system integrations and compliance with security standards.
• Identify and address skill gaps, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in team management and decision-making.

About you:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business technology, and data analytics, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience building and managing cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, data analysts, and business intelligence experts.
• Deep expertise in enterprise applications, SaaS ecosystems, and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, Tableau, dbt).
• Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and execution skills with a track record of delivering transformational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience driving change and fostering collaboration across global and geographically distributed te
