Guest Services Officer

Grecotel, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is looking for a Guest Services Officer to join their team. As a Guest Services Officer at Grecotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional stay and experience the genuine Greek hospitality that Grecotel is known for. You will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests, handling their inquiries and requests, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. As part of the N. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
