The successful candidate will be working in a multinational environment, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Implementation of the Operational & Information Communication Technology (ICT) risk assessment program for the Merchant Acquiring business.
• Analytical support for the setting of Risk Appetite / Tolerance levels, including specific internal limits for various risk categories.
• Risk Identification, Assessments, Control and Monitoring.
• Risk Communication and Reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate the development of a Business Continuity strategy and plans to ensure Business Continuity in the events of Business Interruption.
• Coordinate the set up and maintenance of a Risk Register and other risk information with clearly defined risk categories and risks.

Requirements

General Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related academic field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of Risk Management experience within the financial services and/or banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of MS O365 Tools such as SharePoint, team sites and Power Automate.
• Prior technical/software engineering experience is considered as a plus.
• Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple departments.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
