Sr. Android Framework Software Engineer

Your Role:

As the Sr. Android Framework Software Engineer in Audio system, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to bring up and build a completely new generation in-vehicle Audio system with adhesive user experience. In this position, You should ack as a senior Audio technical expert working with the Application, Product, Framework/BSP team, and external vendors to develop a state-of-the-art Vehicle Audio system. Basically, you’ll focus on audio system software development and integration, own software interfaces with all audio system components and partners, work with the third parties to enable Sound Zone mode, active echo cancellation, and noise suppression to provide extreme in-vehicle listening/speaking experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field, and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an embedded software engineer
• 3+ years of experience in Android Audio framework and Audio HAL development.
• Experience with A2B network development.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with Android, C/C++, Java.
• Great team player, dedicated to the company, willing to take on challenging tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS degree in Computer Science with 3+ years of work experience.
• Proven expertise with Android AudioService, AudioFlinger, AudioPlicyService, Android HAL.
• Strong hands-on experience on aDSP/A2B and Audio signal processing/Microphone signal processing (like as Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Automatic Gain Control, Noise Supression etc).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java.
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
• A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
• A genuine fascination for the Audio system development and a commitment to global change

Annual Salary Range:

($115K - $140K), plus benefits and incentive plans
