Job Summary
We seek an ambitious Customer Insights Analyst with strong attention to detail to join a global operation recognized as an industry leader. You will play a crucial role in the operational sectors of sales and marketing. The role includes conducting research, analyzing data to generate actionable insights, and creating reports that assist the team in making informed recommendations to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and define the scope and objectives of research projects
- Analyze data using Excel and Tableau to identify patterns, trends, and insights, and effectively communicate these findings to the team
- Identify opportunities to leverage solutions across various business units, functions, and geographical locations
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to convey insights to the team
- Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly reports and charts that summarize activities and analysis results
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of data and reports
- Gain a thorough understanding of current operational procedures, including all inputs and outputs within the existing data architecture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field of study is preferred.
- 3 or more years’ of demonstrated experience with data analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau.
- Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective information-gathering techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing environment
- Solution-focused with a ‘hands-on’ attitude, strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
- Good communicator- writes well using clear and concise language.
- Personable, able to connect and collaborate with others.
- Must be 18 years in age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with strong problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards
- Ability to effectively work and collaborate with people with a wide range of skills, experience, cultures and capabilities
- Able to communicate with others by telephone and in person.
- Able to utilize a computer for word processing, email communication, and preparation of documents and presentations.
- May require sitting for extended periods of time.
