Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert guidance on monitoring business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.

The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on identifying operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with team to develop business process models and document operational guidelines.
- Monitor ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification – strongly preferred.
- BIZBOK or Business Architecture Guild certification(s) - preferred.
- Experience in Mortgage business capabilities is desired, Originations/Acquisitions OR Servicing Performing / Non-Performing domain experience highly desired.
- Experience with relationship and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Mortgage business capabilities is desired, Originations and Acquisitions domain experience highly desired.
- 3+ years of architecture and technology strategy experience within the financial services industry preferred.
- 3+ years of experience leading transformation business initiatives.
Skills
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through collaboration and influence.
- Understanding of Agile and Cloud Enablement best practices Demonstrated work experience in creation of architecture blueprints, architecture support for Agile implementations & Architecture Sprints.
- Experience in driving architecture and business innovation thought process
- Experience in leveraging reference architecture to create business insights, opportunities and target state architecture.
- Knowledge of AWS public cloud, cloud native design, microservice architecture, design thinking, user experience, event streaming/sourcing, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring senior architects.
- Clearly communicates and presents analyses and results and persuades others by supporting ideas with logical arguments/data.
- Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
