Job Summary

As a Senior Catering Director, this person will support region in managing catering departments, managing client relationships, along with ensuring that food and service is of superior quality.  This role is a traveling position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service
• Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost 
• Maintains excellent client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• AS degree preferred
• Five to Seven years of catering management experience preferred
• Catering experience is required
• Fine Dining experience a plus!
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to travel
