Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. As the Senior Analyst, Customer Insights you will report to the Associate Director, Customer Insights and will support the team by managing master data attributes, account eligibility, and providing analysis to drive customer insights work.  This role will require existing knowledge of master data management tools and processes and the ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistent data management. 

You Will

  • Be responsible for owning the business administration of the Informatica MDM tool including account management and validation, new attribute recommendations and maintaining account eligibility for loyalty programs and benefits

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the utility and operations of the MDM environment along with connections to downstream systems and tools

  • Manage Inclusion process including case workflow and approvals as well as account investigations

  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance regarding eligibility escalations and analysis

  • Identifies potential “same-store” accounts, coordinates with Field Sales and makes appropriate updates in MDM

  • Review and approve all business name/ownership change requests along with new location adds

  • Leads creation of analysis (research and quantitative) to identify errant account hierarchies and ensure they are maintained accurately in downstream systems

  • Support cross-functional team members within Professional Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty, Business Technology, Data, Credentialing, Contracts & Pricing, Sales operations and product

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams through agreed upon phases of project from requirements definition, customization, testing, training and rollout 

  • Contribute to our thought leadership and tribal knowledge by developing best practices, sharing your knowledge in team sessions, and maintaining thorough documentation

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2 or more years of experience managing data quality and master data

  • Experience with SAP S4, Informatica MDM, or equivalent data management tools

  • Business analytics skills (BI tool queries in Thoughtspot, Power BI, or equivalent)

  • You have a passion for organization, simplicity, efficiency and action.
